BEWARE: Hundred Handers Activity – Right-Wing Posters

Please be vigilant and aware of any stickers or posters that might be placed on signs in and around this area. We have had communications from Warwickshire County Council and Police that the stickers can contain razor blades, designed to injury when attempted to be removed. Please see below for more information from Warwickshire County Council.

———-

The two photos above were taken in North Warwickshire and reported a couple of months ago.  The two PP images were from the start of lockdown and featured outside of Warwickshire.

The group is regarded as a White Nationalist body – I’ve attached some information on the typology of such groups in the PP above, along with some further examples of stickers linked to the group.

They are believed to be relatively small as a group, known for extreme racist, xenophobic, Islamophobic and anti-Semitic views.  The stickers they post are linked to the Great Replacement narrative – the suggestion that inward migration of non-white, non compatible cultures will ultimately lead to genocide of the white race.  It is based on creating a picture that white residents are “victims” in their own land, that there is a clear and identifiable “enemy” – e.g. Jewish elites/Muslims/immigrants/liberal elites etc. and finally that there needs to be “action” taken to stop this from unfolding.

From looking at articles about this group online, I found the following:

“They carry out low level activism anonymously.  They recruit through social media and QR codes on their stickers.  Some of the QR codes direct scanners to white supremacist news, TV networks like Red Ice, and to an anti-immigration YouTube video entitled, “With Open Gates: the Forced Collective Suicide of European Nations”

As you will have seen in the picture above the North Warwickshire stickers did have the QR codes.

I would also draw your attention to some information reported in the Times yesterday:

Neo-Nazis ‘concealing blades behind posters’

The Times, 01/12/2020

The British army has been warned that a neo-Nazi group has begun a national propaganda campaign and is hiding razor blades beneath their posters to injure those who try to remove them. An intelligence briefing has been sent to army units warning them about the Hundred Handers, an anonymous neo-fascist group, which is putting up far-right posters and anti-coronavirus restriction stickers. Their stickers, with racist messages such as “Mass immigration is white genocide” and Nazi phrases such as “Blood and Soil”, started appearing in the UK this year, as well as in Germany, Spain, Australia, the Netherlands and the United States.

If there are any concerns please ensure these are reported to the local Police.
